The Utah Jazz are struggling. Coming off yet another disappointing game last night vs the Suns, Utah is now 2-2 on the season. With the exception of the season opener vs the Trail Blazers, the Jazz have looked flat. They haven’t been able to figure out their own offense. Rudy Gobert and Mike Conley have done their best to keep the ship afloat, but they need some help.
The Clippers, on the other hand, and sitting pretty at 4-1, tied with Phoenix for the first seed in the West. With the exception of one ugly loss to the Mavericks, the Clippers have been rolling. They’ve beaten the Lakers, the Nuggets, the Timberwolves, and the Trail Blazers. They’ve done all of that with Kawhi Leonard missing two games.
That said, the Jazz have had recent success against the Clippers, winning 7 of their last 9 regular season matchups. Can they add to that total tonight?

What to watch for
Can Donovan and Bojan find their groove?
So far this season, the two should-be leading scorers for the Jazz have been, well, bad. Bogdanovic is currently averaging 12.5 points on 13.0 field goal attempts per game. Mitchell is averaging 21.0 points on 21.3 field goal attempts per game. These guys are better than this. Bogey will find his shot. Donovan will figure out his decision making. The question is, when?
Joe Ingles vs. Paul George
The classic rivalry continues tonight. Will Joe Ingles get under PG’s skin again? Will there be any fireworks tonight? One can only hope.
