AT&T Sportsnet has announced a carriage agreement today with fuboTV that AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain will stream on the fuboTV platform in the coming days.

This means that Jazz fans get another choice to stream AT&T Sportsnet Rocky Mountain outside of the DirecTV option. According to AT&T Sportsnet, you can find more information here. Although when you go to that link it doesn’t look like fuboTV has been added yet.

When you go to fubo.tv it also doesn’t appear to show AT&T Sportsnet Rocky Mountain yet either. At fubo.tv you can see the different current packages. This isn’t a perfect solution for Jazz fans who were hoping for a League Pass-like solution, but for DISH Network customers looking for different options to watch games, this looks like a nice option. It remains to be seen what package from fuboTV will house AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain, but their packages range from $64.99 to $79.99 a month. This also might be a nice option for Jazz fans who are also Utah Ute fans as it looks like fuboTV carries the Pac-12 Network.

The release from AT&T Sportsnet said the streaming will be available in the coming days and so Jazz fans wanting this option may need to be a little patient, but the Utah Jazz deserve some credit here. Even though this isn’t a perfect solution, it is something. The ownership group before Ryan Smith created a lot of this mess with not much foresight in the deals they made. And they did next to nothing to make the situation better. Smith, and the Jazz, have obviously been working to improve the situation for Jazz fans who have been clamoring for this option, especially after Dish Network and AT&T Sportsnet recently ended their relationship. It remains to be seen what the future is for watching Jazz basketball for Jazz fans but this is a step in the right direction. You can bet the partnership with AT&T Sportsnet will be something to watch this year and we’ll see if another contract is signed.
