A dominating, almost boring win

The Utah Jazz got a dominating win against the Houston Rockets who might be the worst team in the league. Jordan Clarkson faced off against Jalen Green in a Poly showdown but this was never competitive. Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert looked solid as the Jazz come away ready for their next one.

The biggest story of this game was the play of the Utah Jazz bench. Eric Paschall is looking like a revelation. How did the Jazz get this guy for almost nothing? Jordan Clarkson is looking like the 6MOY frontrunner again and Joe Ingles is just decimating teams with his playmaking and shooting. And we haven’t even started to talk about the positive play of Hassan Whiteside.

This all comes down to the Jazz front office having one of the most successful offseasons in a long time. The last two seasons we saw the Jazz offseason acquisitions implode whether it was Ed Davis, Jeff Green, Matt Thomas, Derrick Favors. The list goes on of bad moves. This time it looks like every move has hit and it’s exciting for the future of the team.
