The Utah Jazz went up against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks in a game against two of the top teams in the league. Milwaukee was missing three of their best players in Brooke Lopez, Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton and weren’t strong enough to get over the hump against the Utah Jazz. It’s hard to come away from this know just how good the Jazz are but it’s always nice to have the game end in a victory.
Donovan Mitchell closed this one out for the Utah Jazz scoring big buckets late to put away the Bucks. In what was Mitchell’s best game of the season, the Jazz looked like they did last season when they were a dominant force in the west. Hopefully Mitchell can find that groove and work his way to an all-nba spot for the Jazz. To make that happen the Jazz have to figure out how to get the ball in his hands more. It’s a nice win for the Jazz but it would have been more impressive had they gotten to face the Bucks at full strength.
