BREAKING: Mike Conley pending medical protocol is invited to the all-star game, league sources tell The Athletic

This is fantastic news for Mike Conley who should have already been selected. But regardless of how he makes the team, Conley is as deserving as anyone to be an all-star.
The Utah Jazz have had an incredible season and Mike Conley has been one of the driving forces of their #1 record in the league. When Mitchell has been out of the lineup the Jazz haven’t missed a step because of Mike Conley’s play.
For the season Conley is averaging 16.1 points, 5.7 assists and 3.5 rebounds. He also has led the league in +/- for much of the season for his control of the Jazz offense that has been top 5 in the league.
This is one of the great stories of the league and it’s nice to see Adam Silver get at least one thing right this season. He got it wrong when he didn’t select Mike Conley first but at least now it’s been made right.
