Considering Jordan Clarkson’s level of play this makes sense. He’s had the worst shooting season of his career with the lowest fg% and 3pt% he’s ever had, including his rookie season. If his legs aren’t right, it would make sense he’s not able to shoot the ball.
This will likely open up minutes for Ochai Agbaji to play with the starting unit. Agbaji has been an interesting player this season showing signs of good things, but also fading into the background offensively a lot of the season. This could be an opportunity for Agbaji to begin showing more of his skillset. His recent play has shown an improved three-point shot from different spots on the floor, and he’s had games where his defense has been fantastic. That said, we seem to be seeing in spurts and not as consistently as the Jazz need. Is this the opportunity Agbaji needs?
