To be clear: Steve Starks was promoted to CEO of LHM, that's why he's no longer president of the Jazz. He's still involved, obviously!

Steve Starks will now become CEO of LHM but, luckily, will still be involved with the Jazz.
Starks leaves Olson some large shoes to fill, but a blueprint for success and the Jazz should be in good hands for years to come.
While under Starks the Jazz have seen major improvements in all areas. He’s been involved with things like the Arena renovations, the creation of the legacy trust and also a massive improvement of the Jazz team itself. Olson was most likely involved in many of these things but it’s good to know that Starks will still be involved only from a higher vantage point.
Starks was also involved with signing the greatest basketball player of all time, that move alone cements him as one of the best presidents in team history.
