We know all the titles for Mike Conley whether it’s Utah Jazz point guard, Sportsman of the Year and father. His latest title? Executive Producer.
Conley was an executive producer of the short film Two Distant Strangers and it looks really good.
I had the privilege of executive producing the short film @TwoDistantFilm, a powerful story that touches on the experiences we faced this summer. This film has the opportunity to start meaningful conversations and continue involvement in these issues. #TwoDistantStrangers @Travon pic.twitter.com/MYemPpwPTC

Like Conley mentions, it appears the film touches on the experiences this summer with police violence. Here’s a synopsis from IMDB where you can learn more about the film.
In “Two Distant Strangers”, cartoonist Carter James’ repeated attempts to get home to his dog are thwarted by a recurring deadly encounter that forces him to re-live the same awful day over and over again. Starring Joey Bada$$, Andrew Howard and Zaria Simone.
There’s a lot of work to be done with racial justice as well as the racial divide in America and hopefully a film like this can help bring more understanding.
A release date has not been announced yet but it should be coming soon. Watch for this one!
