With the 17th pick of the 2015 NBA Draft . . . the Milwaukee Bucks select Jerian Grant Towns from the University of Notre Dame. The Milwaukee Bucks already look "set" at point guard with Jason Kidd wanna-be Michael Carter Williams, and the rest of the group - Jerryd Bayless, Tyler Ennis, and Jorge Gutierrez. If you needed to help them you'd rather go with a shooting guard, but if you watch them play you know that's not the top priority. Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jabari Parker, Khris Middleton, John Henson and crew are all long and play defense (ish). Jerian Grant is a big point guard who is super long and has the potential to keep that up. The senior out of Jack Cooley ‘s stomping grounds is also a great change up to MCW with his speed and court vision. He can transition into an NBA combo guard, but he needs to be a little more consistent from the outside. Kid gets to the line, but sometimes is waaay too pass first for his own good. That's not a bad problem to have though. Especially on a Jason Kidd team.
