Utah Jazz salary updated with new Alec Burks contract details

So just as I suspected, the Alec Burks contract that the Utah Jazz gave him is back-loaded, so allow for more flexibility this off-season.

@NateDuncanNBA Do you know if Burks' contract is backloaded? Because if the '15-16 cap is at $66.5m then it could be tight for Jazz nxt yr.
