So this is what happens -- start for the Utah Jazz, then become a bench player for the Portland Trail Blazers . . . and now you are on the same team with a bunch of point guards like Ricky Rubio, J.J. Barea , and Alexey Shved. Does he end up playing for OKC next, and complete the North West Division cycle?
For those counting at home, he took more money to play in Minny than to take about a million less and play for the Dallas Mavericks and go to the playoffs. This is the guy our former head coach thought was the right guy to keep around our younger guys. Thankfully, our General Manger did not think the same.
Also, well, it's just another PG off the FA 'unclaimed' list. That is a pretty shallow pool now.
