NBA Podcast: The Utah Jazz are going to make the Playoffs, I seem to say this every week

Two NBA segments wrapping around some baseball talk

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The Utah Jazz are going to make the NBA Playoffs. This is something I haven't wavered on for the last few months. The schedule is the key, and while the Utah Jazz are chasing the Memphis Grizzlies, Portland Trail Blazers, Houston Rockets, and Dallas Mavericks it's clear that there is both a will and a way for our guys to make it. After all, they only have to beat one of those teams, and not all four. I got a chance to go over it again with my main man Phil Naessens. We also got to talk about it, Gordon Hayward, how Shelvin Mack is stepping up and other NBA news. You know, mainly what's wrong with the Sacramento Kings (hint: DeMarcus Cousins isn't more important than George Karl), how big of an ego does Phil Jackson have and will he coach the New York Knicks next season . . . and more!

Check it all out here at Phil's site, or just listen below!

Thanks again for having me as a guest Phil! Follow him on twitter @FlashTennis31 -- and get into fights with him. He actually watches more than just one team. (Something the Blazers and Spurs fans who fight with him do not understand.)
