This will be the first game AFTER the All-Star break, and now become the first game of a back-to-back set that has the Jazz hosting the Boston Celtics in Utah on the 19th. Woo!
I don't really how what else to say about this game. Utah shouldn't be tired for it, and it shouldn't make much of a difference. Of course, I'm saying this now before we win or lose that game. On the other hand it's much more important for the NBA to get one home game for the D.C. area based Wizards. D.C. is one of the largest media markets in the NBA and while their home attendance hasn't been remarkable, each franchise relies on those 41 home games to balance their yearly budgets. If things were reversed and the Jazz lost a home game, the NBA would have fit in another somewhere down the line to make the ends meet.
At least now we all know when this game is.
