If you’re like me, you’re feeling some serious Jazz basketball withdrawals. These days I find myself eating entire handfuls of brownie while watching Donovan Mitchell highlight videos and hissing at anyone who dares turn on the lights.
Has it really only been four weeks since the Jazz were eliminated from the playoffs? Will this gnawing lack of basketball last forever?!?
No, because Utah Jazz Summer League is coming July 2nd and here’s the schedule!

It’s going to be everyone’s first look at two top five picks. With rumors swirling that the Sacramento Kings may not be picking Luka Doncic, he could possibly fall to the Memphis Grizzlies which would mean his first NBA action would be in Salt Lake City.
That’s enough reason for me to root for the Kings to screw up that pick!
Personally, I can’t wait to watch Tony Bradley.
The Jazz have put a lot of developmental work into Bradley and it will be interesting to see how well he plays. With Derrick Favors’ future with the team uncertain, Bradley may have opportunities to step in and contribute right away. Having a strong summer league would be very encouraging for the young prospect.

Utah Jazz Summer League wasn’t the only thing announced. The Las Vegas Summer League schedule was announced and it looks like all 82 games will be available to fans on ESPN and NBA TV!

Summer League is a blast and it’s great to see it getting the attention it deserves. This is also a great sign for the health of the league. People can’t get enough of the NBA!

It won’t be long until we see Boris Diaw dissolving a terrorist plot or saving stranded survivors from a shipwreck in the ocean. With Boris Diaw, anything is possible.

Another day, another mock draft. This one comes from Jeremy Woo of Sports Illustrated and has the Jazz drafting Dzanan Musa.
I’ve lost count of what number mock draft this is, but here’s the one we published today. The draft coverage will continue to roll out fast and furious on SI dot com. https://t.co/OTDX3HWQ3r

I don’t mind the pick because the Jazz need more scoring, but if this is the player the Jazz end up with, it means players like Kevin Huerter and Elie Okobo went higher than expected.

It looks like the Jazz and Suns are the most interested in signing free agent Nemanja Bjelica according to Sportando.

This isn’t a new rumor but we’re now seeing this linked to “a source” now.
Is Bjelica an upgrade at the 4-spot for the Jazz? Will Utah wait to send him an offer based on what happens in the draft? Do I need to grab more brownies!?!
