The Utah Jazz host the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight. These are two teams heading in opposite directions as Utah is attempting to use their collection of talent to move up and be competitive this season, and Minnesota is, well, not quite there yet. While in reality these two rebuilding squads may only be a season or two apart, this game will seem like chasm. As we broke down in the Injury report, the Jazz will be without Gordon Hayward (and Alec Burks). But the Wolves are only suiting up eight players tonight.

I'm going to save you the trouble by listing them all here for you:

Sure, because of injuries we've had our share of "no-name" guys on the team too. So I'm not hating. It is what it is. And what it is tonight should be a slow, deep, pounding all night long in the paint. Minny should play up tempo and go small. Rudy Gobert, Derrick Favors, Trevor Booker, heck even Jeremy Evans can beast and feast on this team right now.

In reality, we're going to see a contrast of two different styles that will most likely end up looking a little something like this.

The Jazz play down to their competition. No G-Time means the offense will look even worse than usual. It's . . . it's not going to be a beautiful game.
