The Utah Jazz finish up their second night of a back-to-back tonight, against the Houston Rockets. The Rox aren't that great, but they are 1.0 games ahead of the Jazz right now. Utah can balance the scales by winning. Which looks a lot more plausible when you factor in that the Jazz almost won last time these two teams played -- and that the injury situation doesn't look as horrible as before. Derrick Favors? Still out. Dante Exum? Still out. Alec Burks? Still out. Rudy Gobert? He'll be a game time decision tonight as his status was upgraded to Questionable! That's awesome. The Rockets are still missing a few of their worst players too (Donatas Motiejunas and Sam Dekker). Marcus Thornton should be back, but Ty Lawson is suspended for tonight due to his DUI problem. The also very interesting news is that Dwight Howard is a game time decision tonight as well, because of a low back tightness. If Dwight (and Ty) are out, and Rudy is back that is huge for how this game will play out.

It's still going to end up being mostly Gordon Hayward and Rodney Hood trying to match up against James Harden and Trevor Ariza. The winner of this wing match-up will most likely win this game again. The Jazz went 1-3 against the Rockets last season, and are 0-1 right now. Overall the Jazz are 99-88 in the series, but only 36-57 in Texas. Will tonight be the Jazz' 100th victory over the Rockets in regular season history?

Maybe. That really depends on Rudy, methinks.
