The Utah Jazz (14-9) host the Golden State Warriors (19-3) tonight. The Dubs have won three in a row, has have the Jazz. They are on a road trip, and Utah a home stand. The similarities kind of end there. Utah is not expected to win this game. And really not with the people who are not going to be suiting up. Utah will be missing four starters (George Hill, Rodney Hood, Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors) and one bench player (Alec Burks).
That’s a lot of points, rebounds, assists, and so forth. Jeeze, 55 games already early on in this season? Man, that’s tough. Quin Synder is going to be bringing out his 12th starting line-up of the 2016-2017 season.
It’s also going to be a tough game for Steve Kerr. Shaun Livingston is going to sit out this one. And Damian Jones is still assigned to the NBA D-League.
So that evens out.
